PAM Transport offers one of the most generous referral programs in the trucking industry. As a current PAM driver, I can help you understand how the program works and how to maximize your referral bonuses.

$1,500 Per Referral

Earn $1,500 for each qualified driver you refer who completes the hiring process and stays with PAM for the qualifying period.

Quarterly Contest

Top referrers each quarter compete for additional cash prizes, with the top referrer earning an extra $2,500 bonus!

No Limit

There’s no cap on how many drivers you can refer. The more qualified drivers you refer, the more you earn!

How The Referral Process Works

Complete the referral form on this site with your information and your referral’s details. Make sure all information is accurate and complete.

2. PAM Contacts Your Referral

A PAM recruiter will reach out to your referral within 1-2 business days to discuss opportunities and begin the application process.

3. Referral Completes Hiring Process

Your referral completes the application, orientation, and begins working with PAM Transport. You’ll receive updates on their progress.

4. You Receive Your Bonus

Once your referral completes the qualifying period (typically 90 days of employment), your $1,500 bonus is processed and paid on your next paycheck.

Referral Eligibility Requirements

Who Can Refer

  • Current PAM Transport drivers in good standing
  • PAM office employees
  • PAM contractors
  • Recently retired PAM drivers (within 6 months)

Who Can Be Referred

  • Experienced CDL-A drivers
  • Recent CDL school graduates
  • Individuals interested in PAM’s CDL training program
  • Drivers not currently employed by PAM
  • Drivers who haven’t applied to PAM in the last 6 months

Basic Requirements for Referrals

  • 21 years of age or older
  • Valid CDL-A license or eligible for CDL training
  • Acceptable driving record
  • Able to pass DOT physical and drug screen
  • Legally authorized to work in the US

To qualify for the $1,500 bonus, your referral must complete the hiring process and remain employed with PAM for the qualifying period (typically 90 days). The referral must list your name and driver code on their initial application or be submitted through this referral site.

For the quarterly contest, all successful referrals during the calendar quarter are counted. The driver with the most successful referrals in that quarter receives the additional $2,500 bonus.
