My Journey with PAM Transport
My trucking career began over 5 years ago, but it wasn’t until I joined PAM Transport in 2020 that I truly found a company I could call home. Before PAM, I worked for two other carriers where I struggled with inconsistent miles, equipment issues, and communication problems with management.
When I first considered PAM, I was skeptical. Would this company be any different? I decided to take the chance after speaking with a PAM recruiter who was refreshingly honest about what to expect. From day one, the difference was clear.
My orientation was thorough and professional. I was assigned a late-model Peterbilt with all the modern amenities that make life on the road comfortable. Most importantly, the promises made during recruitment were kept – consistent miles, respectful dispatchers, and a support system that actually works.
Over the years with PAM, I’ve had the opportunity to run various routes across the country, eventually settling into a dedicated account that gives me predictable home time and steady income.
